Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) is seeking 2 full time HR Business Partners (HRBP) to join our Operational HR Teams within the Families and Specialist Service and Medicine Divisions. As HRBP, you will provide senior‑level Workforce and Organisational Development support across the assigned Division.
Working closely with divisional leaders to align HR strategies with key service delivery objectives. You will partner with the Senior Management Team and lead a dedicated HR team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality HR services that support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and staff engagement.
