Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor – from 3yrs PQE – Leicester An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will work as part of a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including: Insolvency practitioners Individuals and stakeholders SMEs and owner-managed businesses Large national and international organisations The caseload will cover a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including: Corporate insolvency and restructuring Personal insolvency Litigation and dispute resolution Advisory and transactional work This role offers strong exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build technical expertise across both litigation and advisory disciplines.
