Data Engineer

What you will do

1. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks
2. Manage and optimise data platforms for performance and reliability
3. Develop modular ETL workflows and orchestrate data processes
4. Write efficient PySpark code, including UDFs and Pandas UDFs
5. Ensure high data quality and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful data solutions

What we are looking for

6. Exposure through studies, placements, personal projects, or research related to data engineering
7. Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
8. A collaborative mindset and confidence to develop your voice in technical discussions

Development

9. Work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to cross‑team projects
10. Learn how to integrate AI and data solutions into scalable products
11. Apply best practices and take part in architectural decision-making
12. Receive mentoring and support to help you identify opportunities for innovation

AI Engineer

What you will do

13. Design, develop, and optimise transformer‑based models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)
14. Fine‑tune large language models for real‑world, domain‑specific applications
15. Implement advanced prompt engineering and RAG techniques
16. Build intelligent agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen
17. Work with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud

What we are looking for

18. Exposure through studies, placements, personal projects, or research in AI, machine learning, or software development
19. Passion for AI innovation, creative thinking, and practical problem‑solving
20. Enthusiasm for collaborating with others and learning new technologies

Development

21. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑powered solutions
22. Learn how to bring AI capabilities into scalable products
23. Contribute to technical decisions and best‑practice engineering
24. Gain hands‑on experience through training, mentoring, and real project work

Entry Requirements

29. Must be 18 years old or over
30. 2 GCSE's at grades A-C (9-4) in Maths & English is recommended but not essential
