The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Rugby branch. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can develop new business opportunities while supporting and motivating a successful recruitment team.
A successful Branch Manager will lead from the front, ensuring strong client relationships, consistent delivery for candidates, and the achievement of branch revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
* Driving branch performance against revenue and growth targets
* Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)
* Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise performance
* Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
* Creating a positive and high performing culture within the branch
About You
We are looking for a results driven recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering success. The ideal Branch Manager will have a proven track record of developing business and leading recruitment teams to achieve results.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a senior consultant or management role
* Proven success in business development and client relationship management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire a team
