Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure high standard service delivery, meeting all SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
* Undertake all required training for the cleaning role.
* Work within a team and independently.
* Follow all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness in designated areas according to contract and SLAs, completing all tasks as directed.
* Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and safe to use.
* Report maintenance needs during cleaning tasks.
* Maintain security protocols, including locking doors and managing lost property.
* Understand the designated cleaning area and work specifications.
* Know all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used.
* Set a professional example in dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and raise concerns appropriately.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Ensure compliance of contractors and visitors with security and safety policies.
* Build positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service and seeking improvements.
* Perform other duties as needed within capability.
Qualifications and Skills
* Cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
* Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and honest.
* Committed to continuous improvement.
