An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large secondary school as its Site Manager. This role carries significant responsibility for the security, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the entire campus, leading the in-house site support team.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Team Commander: Direct line management and supervision of all Caretaking and cleaning teams, overseeing rotas and performance.
* Compliance Chief: Full responsibility for site security, statutory H&S checks, and managing risk assessments.
* Maintenance Planner: Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, supervising external contractors, and managing premises budgets in coordination with the School Business Manager.
