Worth Recruiting is delighted to represent a highly regarded, independent estate and lettings agency with an excellent reputation across South West London and Surrey. Due to continued growth, the company is now looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Wimbledon branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about property, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to the ongoing success of a successful local agency.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Assisting the Lettings Manager with daily operations
* Generating and converting new business opportunities
* Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
* Negotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings deals
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
* Strong track record in sales and customer service
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, articulate, and well-presented
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Local knowledge of Wimbledon and surrounding areas (advantageous)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* ARLA qualification desirable but not required
