We are currently working in partnership with a local council based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Landlord Services Manager on a 6-month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position with a negotiable day rate.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a group of managers and in-depth understanding of relevant legislation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Leading, developing and managing a number of teams which will include; tenancy management officers in both general and sheltered needs, rents team and rent admin
2. Managing tenancy breaches, contractual change requests, and compliance matters
3. Driving service improvement initiatives and delivering right-first-time resolutions with tenant engagement at the forefront of any improvement initiatives
4. Embedding the standards of the Social Housing regulator into every aspect of the team
Experience required:
5. Experience managing line managers and conducting 1-2-1’s
6. Experience in all areas of tenancy management, rents and ASB
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
7. Good organisational and time management skills
8. Ability to manage and encourage teams to highest standards
Working hours:
9. 37.5 a week
10. Monday – Friday
11. 9am-5pm
