Position Overview
They’re seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead and manage the payroll operations across the EMEA region and globally. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries within EMEA and global operations.
* Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
* Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other business functions.
* Manage relationships with external payroll providers, auditors, and tax authorities.
* Develop and implement payroll policies, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including payroll system upgrades and automation.
* Prepare and present payroll reports and analysis for senior leadership.
* Mentor and develop a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements
* Experience working in a global payroll function
* Knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple EMEA countries.
* Experience with global payroll systems (desirable)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
