Kennedys is looking for a Responsible Business Administrator to join our Responsible Business team within the HR department. The team focuses on integrating responsible business practices into our operations, governance, and decision-making, delivering social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing, and environmental programs.
We seek a candidate interested in developing a career in Responsible Business, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The role offers opportunities to work on various projects, including supporting social impact and DE&I initiatives, events, campaigns, and operational reporting.
Team Overview
The Kennedys HR team supports our global operations, with presence in the UK, Dublin, Belfast, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Basking Ridge, and Miami. Responsibilities include Responsible Business, Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Policies, Reward, and HR Systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and executing global initiatives, campaigns, and events related to wellbeing, volunteering, fundraising, and DE&I activities.
2. Maintain records of initiatives and collate post-project feedback.
3. Conduct research to support activity delivery.
4. Gather data and KPIs via surveys and records to track progress.
5. Organize documents, images, and quotes efficiently.
Requirements include experience in an office environment, interest in responsible business, attention to detail, team collaboration skills, confidentiality handling, and knowledge of MS Office.
