Actual Annual Salary: £10,956 - £11,942 based on hours and weeks worked.

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part Time, 18.25 hours per week, Term Time Only plus inset days.

Working Pattern:

* Thursday Full Day
* Friday Full Day

Provisional Start Date:1 September 2025

Are you highly organized, approachable, and ready to support a busy school environment? We're looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. If you’re a team player with strong communication and administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

About you:

* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Effective use of IT, ideally including management information systems, to support effective delivery of administrative processes.
* Goodworking knowledgeof Microsoft Office, e-mail, keyboard skills and use of the
* internet.
* Adapts practice to meet the needs of the service.
* Works effectively with internal and/or external stakeholders.
* Self-evaluates learning needs and seeks professional development opportunities.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Excellent telephone mannerand abilityto take accurate messages.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

The Cabot Learning Federation are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This role has significant responsibility for ensuring safeguarding practice within the academy. This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.

The successful applicant will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive pre-employment checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK and a child disqualification check. The checks will also include an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list.
