Guarantee earnings of £60K in the first year, with realistic second-year earnings of £100K (uncapped).

Role Responsibilities:
1. Take a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients.
2. Attend sales appointments arranged by telemarketing partners.
3. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Participate in a four-week induction training program.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in B2B field sales.
2. Understanding of consultative sales processes.
3. Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Experience in self-generating leads.
5. Experience selling to SMEs.
6. Strong closing skills.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
8. Valid driving license.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year.
* Uncapped OTE of £90K, with top earners exceeding £150K.
* Company car or £5,000 car allowance.

Commission Structure:
Calculated quarterly based on sales:
* 0 to £200,000 = 5% commission
* Over £200,000 = 10% uncapped
Quarterly Bonus:
Achieve 30 deals and £325,000 revenue for a £5,000 bonus.
