ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SC Cleared)
Contract: ASAP - Upto 6 months
Rate: upto £600 per day - Outside IR35 via Ltd
Location: Milton Keynes, UK(with occasional travel to other sites)
Onsite: 3–4 days per week
Required: Active Security Check(SC) Clearance
Checks: DVLA required
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality technical solutions within a secure UK Government environment. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, technical design, and close collaboration with customers and ServiceNow delivery teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on:
* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
* Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across GRC / IRM / SPM modules
* Configure and customise the platform in line with best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
* Support testing, UAT, and successful solution delivery
* Produce clear technical documentation and support handovers
What We are Looking For
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
* Strong hands-on delivery across GRC, IRM, or SPM modules
* Solid understanding of platform configuration, APIs, and data structures
* Experience with JavaScript and web technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
* Ability to work in secure, stakeholder-driven environments
Desirable
* ServiceNow certifications or accreditations
* Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to others
* Background in customer-facing consultancy roles
