A leading global pharmaceutical company are seeking Integrated Healthcare Managers to work across the full healthcare system driving awareness and adoption of a novel and exciting urology portfolio. These are newly created roles due to company growth and new product launches. This is a confidential search exclusively managed by a specialist recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with key NHS stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize product uptake.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
* Oversee territory budgets and resources.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in Integrated Healthcare Management, Market Access or Urology Sales.
* Strong NHS relationships and understanding of healthcare pathways.
* Excellent communication, project management, and commercial skills.
* Degree in life sciences or business (preferred); ABPI knowledge required.
