Purpose of Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Works/Facilities Coordinator to join our Defence Division working on site at RAF High Wycombe


Job Description

The role will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all of the planned and reactive works for the site

Responsibilities

* Manage the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all planned/reactive works meet contractual SLAs
* Coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling, inductions, and monitoring
* Advise on and arrange remedial works, obtaining client quotes for approval
* Assist in monthly client performance reporting and document compliance
* Upload and manage compliance documentation on Maximo and SharePoint
* Collaborate with Facilities Managers to develop resource plans and drive operational improvements
* Actively manage suppliers to deliver best value and ensure service excellence
* Support the Account Manager and Commercial team with financial oversight

Essential Qualifications/Skills

* An understanding of facilities management and service delivery is desirable
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Familiarity with CAFM systems would be beneficial (Maximo preferred)
