The Attendance and Inclusion Officer is responsible to and works under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher to support and improve student attendance, behaviour and well-being. They will target help and support for students whose behaviour or attendance are of concern and contribute to providing a high level of pastoral care that supports student progress and attainment.
