Balfour Beatty is seeking a talented and motivated Report Coordinator for our exciting new NZT Project based in Teesside (Northeast).

As part of the wider Project team, the Report Coordinator will manage, compile, and deliver timely and accurate reports across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, consistency in data presentation, and adherence to deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
As a Report Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
* Compiling, organizing, and formatting reports based on stakeholder inputs and needs.
* Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports before submission.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates for reports.
* Managing report schedules to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders or clients.
* Analyzing reporting processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Maintaining a database of past reports for reference and auditing purposes.
* Collaborating with various teams to address questions or feedback related to reports.
Who we’re looking for
The following qualities and experience are essential:
* Proven experience in coordination, administrative, or reporting roles.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in IT/Digital tools (PowerBI, Word, Excel).
Preferred qualifications include:
* Construction industry experience.
* A degree or relevant qualification in business administration, data management, or a related field.
