Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to children in EYFS and Primary with ASD, ADHD, or behavioural needs.
• Foster trust and build strong rapport with pupils who may have experienced challenges in other settings.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies.
• Contribute to a positive, calm, and safe classroom environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience supporting children with SEN, especially ASD and ADHD.
• A calm, firm-but-kind approach with emotional resilience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential.
