This job acts as a first point of contact providing a range of customers with systems guidance and workforce information. You’ll be answering queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating to colleagues as required.
It's an opportunity for someone who is keen to learn new skills whilst helping identify improvements to processes, workflows and ways of working.
Daily tasks will include the administration of shared mailboxes and maintaining and updating records on the council’s HR and Payroll (HRP) system.
You will be an integral member of the team working to provide an excellent service to employees, managers and customers. We offer a supportive work environment, agile ways of working and a range of employee benefits. Flexible working requests are welcome.
