Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our service and account management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules for field engineers, downloading and organizing job reports, and assisting with booking and planning activities to ensure smooth delivery of client services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engineer Scheduling:

Coordinate and manage scheduling for field engineers across various client projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely service delivery.

* Job Report Management:

Download, organise, and archive job reports from field teams and internal systems; ensure accurate documentation is delivered to clients in a timely manner.

* Booking & Planning:

Assist in the planning and booking of resources, travel arrangements, and appointments related to client service activities.

* Client Coordination:

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to scheduling, documentation, and job status; communicate updates clearly and promptly.

* System Updates:

Maintain accurate records in internal systems including scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and service tracking databases.

* Process Support:

Support the PM by preparing reports, updating job trackers, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.

* Issue Resolution:

Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts or reporting discrepancies to the relevant team members for resolution.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a support, coordination, or administrative role (ideally in a technical or service-based environment).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and scheduling tools.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
* Experience with SimPro is a plus.

*This role is solely office based, 08:00 - 16:00 Mon - Fri.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,369.80-£30,000.00 per year
