About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Maths graduates to deliver targeted numeracy support to secondary school students. You will work closely with teachers to provide intervention that boosts students’ confidence and skills in maths, helping them to achieve their full potential. This is a full time role starting in September and continuing for the academic year.
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver focused numeracy intervention sessions to small groups or individual students
* Support students struggling with key mathematical concepts
* Monitor and track student progress to tailor interventions effectively
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop strategies that improve numeracy across the school

Who We’re Looking For:
* A Maths graduate with strong numeracy skills
* Passionate about supporting young people’s learning and development
* Patient, approachable, and excellent at communication
* Previous experience in education or working with young people is a plus but not essential
