Temporary Bookkeeper Role - Planned Sickness Cover, Pudsey
Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a strong background in clerical accounting and a proficiency in Xero software? Robert Half is recruiting for a temporary Bookkeeper to provide coverage during a planned period of sickness. Based in Pudsey, the role offers a hybrid working model, with some work-from-home flexibility, and operates on a four-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate employee payment processing.
* Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
* Basic payroll for a small team
* Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Preparing financial reports and supporting month-end.
* Assisting with additional administration duties as required.
Key Details:
* Location: Pudsey (hybrid working available).
* Work Pattern: Four-day week.
* Experience Requirements:
o Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
o Solid clerical accounting experience, including ledger and payroll management.
