The goal is to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime in a fast-paced biscuit manufacturing environment. This role requires a proactive approach to both planned and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and product quality.Key Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and develop the shift engineering team to deliver high-quality maintenance and supportResolve breakdowns swiftly, plan complex tasks effectively, and provide technical input to aid production decisionsMaintain accurate documentation, handovers, and records while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standardsRepresent engineering in control meetings, escalate issues appropriately, and manage team absences and returnsPerform qualified mechanical/electrical tasks and support the ongoing development of team skills.
