Location: Field-based across Scotland and the North of England

Due to internal movement, we are now looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our sales team. With a brand-new product range launching and stock available now, there is real momentum in the market.

You will manage a portfolio of established accounts, working with a mix of major fleet operators, councils, blue‑chip and family‑run businesses. The role is about building long‑term relationships, spotting new business opportunities early and turning conversations into sustainable commercial growth.

You enjoy being on the road, meeting customers, and turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

You will likely bring:

* Experience in selling high‑value capital equipment
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels, with strong presentation skills
* You have a strong understanding of contractual obligations and can interpret agreements accurately
* Proven success in a customer‑facing sales role
* Confidence working with financial proposals and commercial data
* A full UK driving licence
* A PSV licence would be preferred but not essential


What you will be doing

In this role, you will manage your territory end‑to‑end, working with key internal contacts, Body Builders and Volvo Financial Services to deliver sales. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey.

* Selling new Volvo coaches and buses, and driving used vehicle sales from part‑exchange stock to achieve annual targets
* Promoting the full Volvo total solutions portfolio, including support packages and finance solutions
* Prospecting for new customers and developing existing accounts to grow business
* Contributing to cost and credit control management to maximise profitable growth
* Preparing financially sound proposals and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
* Monitoring competitor activity and identifying growth opportunities
* Attending customer events and strengthening brand presence in your region
