As a Leisure Attendant, you’ll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests — delivering guest service with a smile, supporting your colleagues, and taking pride in every detail. Position Statement: As Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for: Ensuring public areas, back of house and service areas of the Spa are clean and presentable at all times. Ensuring all areas of the Spa are fully stocked. Preparing and replenishing all Spa and Leisure facilities as required. Ensuring the pool deck is maintained at all times, including daily testing and sampling. Attending to the male changing facilities regularly throughout the day, while in use, to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities are maintained. Ensuring exceptional guest service is provided, in accordance with our brand standards and 5 star Espa service requirements. Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Ensuring all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively. Essential Criteria A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a guest focused role. A proven ability to interact with guests and service users in a positive and professional manor. High standards of attention to detail and personal presentation. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Proven ability to demonstrate a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
