Role responsibilities:
* Lead multi‑disciplinary management of community referrals for older adults with functional and organic illness
* Provide consultant input to the OPMH multidisciplinary team in Weymouth and Portland
* Shape strategic development within the care group across Dorset; contribute to meetings and developments
* Coordinate with the Medical Advisory Committee and participate in bi‑monthly meetings
* Facilitate smooth running of outpatient clinics, provide administrative support, and communicate with clinicians, referrers and patients
Work environment:
* Full‑time secretarial cover, adequate administrative time, designated office in Weymouth
* Strong peer support and robust cross‑cover arrangements
* Strong leadership structure across the organisation
