About the Role
The Analytics Manager will be part of the Digital Product Analytics team within RX’s Global Technology function, working closely with colleagues across Digital Products and the wider business. This role plays a key part in building a data‑driven culture by leading analytics initiatives that help teams make better, more informed decisions. The Analytics Manager will combine hands‑on analytics expertise with the ability to translate data into clear, practical insights for a wide range of stakeholders, contributing to the vision of delivering accessible, high‑quality, self‑serve analytics across RX.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end analytics delivery, from scoping and approach design through to insight generation and impact.
* Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Operational teams to review commercial performance to support pricing strategies, revenue opportunities, and adoption and roll out.
* Own and maintain North Star Metrics (NSMs) and associated reporting for Digital Products.
* Translate stakeholder needs into clear, high‑quality analytics outputs that enable confident decision‑making.
* Own and evolve core Digital Product reporting assets, including product metrics and KPI dashboards.
* Deliver commercial analytics assets that support Digital Product teams and Business Units.
* Champion a data‑driven, collaborative analytics culture across Digital Products and beyond.
* Provide guidance and quality oversight for analytics delivery from the BI function.
* Act as a day‑to‑day supervisor for 3–5 analysts.
Requirements
* Significant experience delivering analytics insights within a digital, product, or data environment.
* Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
* Experience defining and working with KPIs for digital or web‑based products.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to varied audiences.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, working independently and collaboratively.
* Practical experience using SQL and Python for data analysis (or equivalent tools).
* Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
* Experience using digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics) and cloud‑based data environments.
