About the Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of primary settings. You’ll be confident in delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and helping pupils reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Support pupils with varying needs and abilities
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong classroom management skills
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Flexibility and reliability
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
