Position Summary: We require a Customer Coordinator to help support the projects team to close out on-going overhaul and refurbishment within the rail and rolling stock industry. The Role, Tasks and Responsibilities: * Support the Project management team. * Liaise with customers, suppliers & internal stakeholders. * Raising and expediting PO numbers and management of remaining values. * Reporting into internal stakeholders the status of projects. * Managing order books & liaising with all parties involved on status of work orders and their completion. * Working closely with Head of Projects to oversee successful completion of projects. * General administration duties including, meeting scheduling, responding to queries, use of Microsoft packages.
