Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and qualified KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Great Harwood. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our primary school students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall success of our school.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Must hold a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience working in a classroom setting, preferably with KS1 students.
* Familiarity with the national curriculum and an understanding of the developmental needs of primary school children.
* Ability to work effectively across all primary year groups.
Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to the class teacher, assisting in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional support as needed.
* Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.
* Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the individual needs of students.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
