* Partnering with business leaders providing support and advise on all aspects of HR including talent management, employee engagement, org design, restructuring and change.
* Provide guidance on leadership and employee development, performance management, rewards and recognition.
* Align strategies and driving the implementation of HR initiatives within business areas, working closely with leaders and management teams.
* Proactively searching out new HR approaches, methods, tools and technologies to enhance performance and support business strategies.
* Partner with business leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce.
* Drive initiatives to identify talent, especially high potential talent.
* Supporting the DEI strategy through strategic, consultative advise.
* Create cultural momentum and leadership accountability.
* Analysing management information to provide insights.
