About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager working 37.5 hours over 5 days.
Responsibilities
* As an Account Manager you are the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and product knowledge is delivered on the counter each day.
* Managing, motivating, and developing the team to successfully achieve the account’s business plan and targets.
* Leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.
* Creating new business insights which are turned into plans and actions to drive the counter’s KPIs and profitability.
* Excellent communication, building positive and effective relationships with colleagues, customers and management.

* Proven experience in delivering the kind of customer service we all love to receive.
* Enthusiastic about getting the best out of people, motivating others to deliver high standards of performance and creating the right environment to deliver results.
