Sales Advisor – B2B Energy (Inbound Warm Leads)

Workmate Agency are looking for a confident, driven Sales Advisor to join my clients growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves closing deals, building relationships, and being part of a tight-knit, ambitious business.
You’ll be at the heart of our sales operation — speaking to business customers, closing B2B contracts, and upselling additional products, all while delivering standout customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound B2B sales enquiries and converting them into signed contracts
* Speaking with business customers over the phone, confidently explaining our products and services
* Upselling relevant products to maximise value for both the customer and the business
* Preparing and sending quotes, managing sales documentation, and following up like a pro
* Working closely with our Business Support Team to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Hitting (and smashing) sales targets and contributing to team success
* Keeping accurate records of sales activity and customer communications
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills — you’re confident, clear, and persuasive
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
* GCSEs or equivalent education preferred
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience in the B2B utilities or energy sector
