Rainbows are currently looking for qualified Nurse’s to join our dedicated and supportive care team here at the Hospice in Loughborough. Our Nursing team provide a high standard of care to babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Here at Rainbows Children’s Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 Babies, Children, and Young People living with life-limiting conditions and terminal illnesses as well as approximately 3,000 people, including families, siblings, and carers, across the East Midlands. Simply put, we’re here to brighten short lives and support families, wherever they are. Location: Rainbows Hospice in Loughborough Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rainbows Hospice is available for families all year, 24 hours a day, we therefore operate on a shift basis to provide the best possible service. Contract details: Permanent About the role You will join a unique and vibrant team providing symptom management, palliative and end of life care and planned short breaks at the hospice. We offer 1:1 nursing to all babies, children and young people at the hospice. As part of the care team, you will have the opportunity to work within the multidisciplinary team made up of a variety of skilled members including Music therapists, complementary therapists and our non- medical workforce team of ACP’s.
