Service Analyst – ITSM – 6 months Contract – Hybrid Working – Inside IR35
This role will be an average of 2-3 days per week on-site, in Glasgow.
Service Analyst required to work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders and support day-to-day activities for this Global Legal Company.
Service Analyst experience to include:
* Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management – ideally working within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
* Experience with ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile and Scrum
* CAB experience / Change Advisory Board
* ICP facilitation / Integrated Change Process - Run the calls and maintain reviews.
* Work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLA's
* Process review and improvements
* Daily ticket queue checks, including triage, and updates.
* Documentation and Agenda circulation
* Support Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes, chasing actions and standing in for them when required
* Raising and following up Escalations
* Stakeholder Management
* Experience working within a Global Environment
