MAST Security are recruiting Door Supervisors to work at Cocktail Bars and High end Restaurants, Hotels.
Multiple Locations in London
Ideal candidates will have:
* EXPERIENCE WORKING IN BARS, PUBS, OR NIGHTCLUBS
* Doorman experience.
* SIA licence in Door Supervision/CP
* Must be polite, confident and professional
* Comfortable working around alcohol
* Be able Work well in a team
* Extremely reliable
* Well groomed
* Minimum 1-year experience
Duties
* Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
* Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
* Assist in loss prevention by identifying suspicious behaviour and reporting it to management.
* Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or directions as needed.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
* Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a cohesive approach to safety.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential risks or issues.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
* A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe environment for all individuals on the premises.
