Job Description
The Banking LD/Partner will be:
3. Leading lender-side banking and finance transactions, with borrower-side exposure.
4. Advising on mid-market corporate deals, refinancing and debt facilities.
5. Structuring complex banking arrangements for corporate clients and financial institutions.
6. Building relationships with major UK banks and borrower-side clients.
7. Mentoring fee-earners and supporting team growth and business origination
The Successful Applicant
The Banking LD/Partner should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years PQE in banking & finance.
9. Experienced in lender-side transactions, with borrower-side knowledge a bonus.
10. Skilled in mid-market corporate finance, refinancing, and debt documentation.
11. Proven in client relationship-building and business development.
12. Capable of leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers.
