Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Sports Specialist role located in Leicester. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality sports coaching sessions, leading primary school physical education activities, supervising wraparound childcare, and holiday clubs. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive and engaging environment for children, ensuring their active participation and growth, while maintaining safety and collaboration with school staff.
Qualifications
Experience in Sports Coaching and proficiency in Football
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and school staff
Expertise in Coaching and a passion for promoting skill development and teamwork
Understanding of Sales or the ability to foster positive engagement with schools and parents
Relevant certifications or qualifications in sports and coaching will be an advantage
Enthusiasm for working with children and promoting physical activity
First aid certification and safeguarding training are beneficial
