You'll work closely with product managers and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure every user journey is frictionless, accessible, and visually polished. KeyResponsibilities: Leadthedesignofuserinterfacesfornewfeaturesandproductenhancements. Conductuserresearch,usabilitytesting,andinterviewstodeeplyunderstanduserneeds. Createwireframes,prototypes,userflows,andhigh-fidelitymockupsusingindustry-standardtools (e.g.,Figma,AdobeXD). Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstotranslateproductrequirementsintointuitiveinterfaces. Iteratedesignsbasedonfeedbackfromusers,stakeholders,andusabilitytesting. Championdesignbestpractices,accessibility,andconsistencyacrosstheproduct. Requirements: 3yearsexperienceinaUI/UXdesignrole,ideallyworkingonweb-basedapplications. Astrongportfoliodemonstratingyourprocess,designthinking,andfinalUIwork. ProficiencyintoolssuchasFigma,Sketch,AdobeXD,orsimilar. Deepunderstandingofresponsivedesignandaccessibilityprinciples (WCAGstandards). Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcommunicateclearlywithdevelopersandnon-designstakeholders. Experienceconductinguserresearchandturninginsightsintoactionabledesignsolutions. Desirable (butnotessential): ExperienceworkinginAgile/Scrumenvironments.
