Duties of a Service Advisor
* Manage service, repair, and maintenance bookings via telephone, email, and face-to-face contact
* Process bookings efficiently through the internal Pinnacle system
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure all work is scheduled correctly
* Keep customers informed throughout the service process, upselling additional services when appropriate
* Present and upsell approved products and services to customers
* Handle all related administrative tasks, including invoicing and payment processing
* Ensure customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
