Responsibilities
* Lead by example and ensure the team has what they need so the shift runs smoothly.
* Maintain high standards and ensure customers are kept happy.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
* Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
What You’ll Bring
