Join Our Team as a Third Party Coordinator!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of utility and infrastructure projects? At Network Plus, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Third Party Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge connecting our company with landowners, local authorities, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Your mission? To ensure that all permissions, consents, and agreements are in place, allowing our projects to proceed smoothly, safely, and legally.


Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

* Send SOS letters to UU two weeks ahead of the SOS date, along with maps for priority service checks.
* Coordinate large print/braille letters based on received PS checks.
* Prepare and send shut-off letters to UU, ensuring boundaries are established for PS checks.
* Communicate shut-off times to UU within 24 hours.
* Complete and send ICC forms for every job, including hour contacts and scheme information.
* Conduct weekly pre, during, and post-construction surveys as per targets set by the UU Third Party Coordinator.
* Perform weekly site appraisals for each large scheme.
* Collaborate with the UU Third Party Coordinator to assess customer requirements for public exhibitions and website updates.
* Create and update TPECAP with a comprehensive communications plan for larger schemes.
* Distribute letters to all schemes within the required timeframes (7 days for businesses).
* Participate in weekly progress meetings and calls with clients.
* Provide weekly whereabouts updates to UU, including scheme and team information.
* Engage with customers on-site to earn WOW awards for exceptional service.

Third Party Coordination

* Request Network RA for network tech requests as directed by the agent/ops manager.
* Book NTs for shut-offs as needed.
* Follow up with NT/PE for RA’s and verify requirements (ASVs and boundaries).

Streetworks and Traffic Management

* Apply for Traffic Management plans when necessary.
* Raise all streetworks permits.
* Liaise with local councils and organize TM meetings.
* Review TM plans and pre-site conditions for bus stops and light bags, suspending as required.
* Start and stop permits within two hours.
* Register all digs, including size, material, and date.
* Send weekly End Date tables to agents to check for required extensions.
* Distribute weekly Registration tables with due dates for team measures.
* Book TM with GTM and confirm with daily delivery reports.
* If completed internally, manually add jobs to GARD with dig information from the agent.


Experience and Qualifications

Experience

* Proven experience in land access, wayleaves, or property negotiations.
* Background in utilities, infrastructure, or construction is preferred.
* Strong stakeholder liaison skills with landowners, councils, and legal teams.
* Knowledge of land rights, easements, and planning consents.
* Familiarity with Land Registry and mapping systems.
* Experience in resolving land access issues or disputes.

Qualifications & Skills

* Degree or diploma in Land, Planning, Property, or a related field (desirable).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Solid understanding of land law and access regulations (e.g., NRSWA).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and mapping tools.
