This role will focus on our "Fan Club" generation projects, taking on a pivotal role in shaping and leading our approach to their asset management. The core challenge - and opportunity - for this position is to define, formalise, and bring in-house the majority of our asset management requirements relating to these projects, with a view to building long-term capability within the team. This will involve working collaboratively across the business to assess and establish a clear operating model that identifies which services are best outsourced (e.g., Health,Safety & Environmental [HSE] functions and stakeholder engagement) and which services can and should be internalised to deliver greater value, control, and integration.
What you'll do
1. Lead the definition and delivery of asset management functions for our "Fan Club" projects
2. Define and implement an appropriate in-house asset management structure, working with teams across the business to identify what should be internalised vs. outsourced (e.g., HSE, stakeholder engagement). Establish and own processes for day-to-day asset performance and oversight.
