About the Role
We are developing Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) across Argyll & Bute HSCP, including the establishment of CTAC hubs and services within GP premises. The team provides long-term condition monitoring, wound management, and phlebotomy.
We are pleased to offer an opportunity within the Cowal Locality for a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join the CTAC & Vaccination Service.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and treatment including wound management, long-term condition monitoring, vaccinations, and other evolving nursing tasks.
* Ensure clinical care and quality standards are met.
* Deliver safe, effective, person-centered care tailored to the needs of the practice population.
Qualifications and Skills
* Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Experience working within a community setting with high-quality standards of care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-professional team.
* Flexibility, excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and evidence of ongoing personal development.
