Senior Marketing Manager:
An innovative B2B company focused on tangible products is seeking a marketing leader with both strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive EMEA marketing initiatives. Taking a predominantly traditional catalogue and direct mail solution to a more eCommerce and online-driven channel. You will manage a team of three to oversee the execution of the product roadmap, reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute EMEA marketing campaigns across product launches, eCommerce initiatives, direct marketing, and customer loyalty programs
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement online (eCommerce) and offline, collaborating with the wider marketing team
· Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
· Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all markets
· Analyse large datasets to optimise campaign performance and inform strategy
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
· Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery

Job Requirements:
This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional ready to step up toward a leadership or Head of Marketing role.
1. 8-10 years' marketing experience, including direct, digital, and eCommerce within B2B tangible products.
2. Preferably experience taking a traditional catalogue and direct mail solution to eCommerce and online driven.
3. Experience managing a large SQU count
4. Full-mix marketing experience: customer loyalty, sales support, product launches
5. Strong experience in direct marketing and large-scale data analysis
6. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
7. Proven leadership and team management skills
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
9. Willingness to be full-time in the office, 5 days per week in Stockport
