My client is a small and friendly membership association, representing the alternative investment industry who are currently recruiting for a versatile Team Assistant, who can provide first class support to a team of 8/10. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, thorough and conscientious, with a desire to learn and willingness to work as a team.
The purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the team and the main duties include (but are not limited):
- Diary Management
- Expense reconciliation
- Document formatting
- Extensive Travel Management
- Updating Company Website
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have excellent organisational skills, strong working knowledge of Mircrosoft office packages, incuding Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Strong Attention to details and will ideally have a working knowledge of InDesign.
