Offer description

Due to our clinic expansion we have one more space for a New Graduate to join our team at Rhyl, North Wales. Our Graduate Programme has been a popular addition to Animal Trust. If you are a New Grad of 2025 or a vet seeking additional support to complete the VetGDP and wanting to join a supportive structured programme, keep reading. Embarking on a career in veterinary medicine is more than just a job choice; it's a heartfelt commitment to the welfare and care of animals. This deep-rooted passion drives every aspect of our profession, making it a noble calling. Recognising the importance of this transition from academic life to professional practice, Animal Trust has meticulously designed its Graduate Programme. This programme is a beacon of support for new graduates, guiding them into a new chapter of veterinary excellence. At Animal Trust, we're committed to the health and happiness of our furry friends and nurturing the next generation of veterinary professionals who share our commitment and dedication to animal welfare. About Animal Trust: Animal Trust is a bit different from other vets. For a start, we’re a Community Interest Company – the only veterinary CIC in the UK to date. We’re not about maximising profits; we’re here to do the best we can to deliver on our mission and make enough profit to remain sustainable as a business in the long term. Our vision is that no pet goes untreated or faces euthanasia for a condition that has a good treatment option. We believe having a pet is something that all people should be able to enjoy, but people earning the Real Living Wage sometimes struggle to afford veterinary care when their pet gets sick. Our free consults and straightforward pricing enable our vets and nurses to break down the barriers that stand in the way of pets receiving the treatment they need. We’re one community and we are here for our patients, clients and each other. That’s the Animal Trust way of doing things. Aims of the Programme The primary objective of Animal Trust's Graduate Programme is to nurture the next generation of veterinary professionals. This programme is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to practical veterinary science, ensuring that every new graduate is equipped with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in this challenging yet rewarding field.
