Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Recruitment Assistant to join our team. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting Recruitment Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process. If you have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
* Utilise recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
* Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Collaborate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
* Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
* Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
