What is Tax at KPMG? Tax is a high-profile discipline that is constantly changing with increasing digitisation, regulation and the ESG agenda. At KPMG, we provide timely and accurate advice to help clients navigate complexity and stay compliant. We collaborate with organisations of varying sizes to help with compliance, drive process efficiencies, and rethink in-house functions to add value.
Tax Graduate Programme
KPMG’s Tax practice covers a wide range of areas, including International, Business and Indirect Taxes, supporting clients on transactions and global tax obligations, including employee reward for internationally mobile workforces and support for high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial families. The programme offers a broad set of career paths for ambitious graduates, opportunities to build a network in an inclusive and diverse environment, and the chance to develop technical skills with support from senior leaders, engagement teams, peers and the broader Tax community.
Training and Benefits
* Over the three-year programme you’ll combine client delivery with study towards a professional qualification – the ACA, or CA equivalent in Scotland.
* Competitive salary and benefits including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday.
* Up to six additional days per year for volunteering initiatives.
* Hybrid working model balancing remote work with in-office or client-site collaboration.
How you’ll work
As part of the Tax team, you will build friendships, innovate, and learn together. KPMG is a place where you can be yourself and contribute your best, regardless of background. We consider your strengths, values and motivations alongside academic results. If you’re collaborative and people-oriented, these can be just as important as your technical abilities.
