At Bolton Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to encourage active, healthy lifestyles in a safe, warm, clean, friendly, and fun environment. We aim to be the destination of choice for an active community and to help you make the most of every day. To deliver these services, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, customer-focused Gymnastics Coaches to join our centre.
The main purpose of this role is to assist in developing the Gymnastics Programme at Horwich Leisure Centre through the delivery of planned sessions that promote progression along the programme’s pathway.
You will deliver a professional and enjoyable Gymnastics programme, ensuring sessions are well-planned and inclusive for all participants, including those with specific needs. Safety and the welfare of gymnasts will always be your top priority. You will represent the session delivery standards and conduct yourself professionally.
We share your passion for leisure and offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust.
About You
Qualification-wise, you do not need a British Gymnastics Coach qualification, as we offer places on a fully funded course with details available via the link: Gymnastics Activity Instructor.
You should be enthusiastic, resilient, and able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues. Patience and understanding of the needs of gymnasts and the centre are essential for delivering the programme effectively.
If you meet these criteria, please apply now.
